EXECUTIVE COACHING
Individual coaching for an executive can be helpful in a variety of situations.
- Transitioning to a new and broader role – particularly for high potential talent
- Managing through a complex business transformation
- Dealing with personal limitations that interfere with performance
Executive coaching gives the individual the chance to work through issues with someone from outside the company in a confidential setting. Most often the coach acts as a sounding board for ideas and potential approaches. On occasion the coach will make recommendations or give specific practice assignments. In all cases coaching is tailored to the individual executive.
